1、音源：即声音的来源，家用音响系统中常见的音源有盒式录音机、CD机、LD机、VCD机及DVD机等。

2、放大设备：为了有效大功率推出扬声器发声，音源输出的信号一般要进行功率放大，现常见的放大设备为AV功放，一般都为晶体管功放，但现在一些发烧友也钟情于电子管放大器。
